Use the contract as a template for your own business and clients. The contract contains the legal statements and agreements that are needed for you to use the photos from the session online or otherwise. If for any reason the client will not sign or does not sign the agreement, do not publish their images online (website, social media, etc.) or anywhere else.

Most of my clients have no problem signing the written or digital version of the contracts. (Digital through 17Hats). If anyone did not sign, it was for a good reason. I've had a very high-profile family that refused to sign and told me upfront as to why. I still photographed them, and we remain in contact for future sessions.

TIP: Have them sign these at the consultation and if no consultation, l highly recommends the agreement is presented prior to the photoshoot. The sooner this is signed and out of the way, the better for everyone.
